You are respectfully invited to attend the Jay Reeves People First Tour in Mahtomedi.

This community conversation will focus on the role of the Minnesota State Auditor, the importance of an Independent Auditor, and how the office can combat fraud and protect taxpayer dollars. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue on other issues important to the community.

This is the official Call for the Forward Independence Special State Convention taking place online on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 7:00pm central.  The primary purpose of this Special Convention is to consider candidate endorsements.  Time will be allotted at the beginning of the Convention for candidates to speak to the delegation, then endorsement voting will take place. 

This will be a great opportunity for those of us living in CD5 to get introduced and to elect our delegates for the Forward Independence State Convention on May 2^nd.  The final agenda will be sent out to all those who RSVP before March 1^st.
